The Guild of Sommeliers' online community is an extensive social and educational network that allows wine professionals across the country to connect and exchange information. Upon joining the Guild, users gain access to the guildsomm.com network and become part of our dynamic industry forum. A brief video outlining the basic features of the website is available below.

- Discussion Forums and Study Groups - Join or create a discussion thread in our user “Forum”.
- Read Feature Articles and Interviews - In depth Feature articles on wine regions and interviews with industry leaders.
- Get Current Wine Industry News - Read news feeds from leading industry publications. You’ll also get wine region maps and other multi-media content.
- Connect with Sommeliers in your Area - Extensive social networking functionality.
- Online Study Guide - An online study guide of the world's wine regions with review questions.
- Search our Compendium Knowledge Base - Find the answers to your questions and keep up to date on Wine Laws, Wine Regions, or Varietals in our 'Compendium” directory. Also includes audio pronunciations of wine regions and terms.
- Test your Wine Knowledge - Each day when you log in, you will see a new set of wine education questions and a tasting quiz. There are three daily questions which are rated easy, medium and hard.
- Find a Tasting Group - Post your local tasting group, or search for groups in your area.
