Hey everyone, I am stuck on something here and just need some clarity (ha), in regards to my question...
What are the acceptable descriptors for the "Clarity/Visible Sediment" category of any RED wine? Looking at the Deductive Tasting Format, they list "Clear, Hazy, Turbid" as possible calls.
Are there more points to be gotten by listing other characteristics, or am I supposed to just say, "Wine 1 is Hazy with medium concentration..." and just move on from there.
Any input is greatly appreciated.
As you wrote it verbatim should be just fine....visual shouldn't take any longer than 20-30 seconds at the advanced/master level
