Hello, I searched any recommendations about Prague and only found one post from 2014. Would anyone have any new recommendations or tips where to taste wine in Prague? Thank you!
Sort of. The wine region of The Czech lands is Moravia, so your best option in Prague are the various wine shops and bars. The restaurant scene is amazing once you get out of the town center. You can find good Czech wine btg and bottles all around. Late September and early October is burčak season. A young wine tradition that is tasty and accompanied by many festivals. The Czech National Wine Salon is about 30 minutes outside of Brno, the capital of Moravia. There they have the top 100 rated (domestically) wines of the previous years release. The whole tour was like $25 fall 2016. It was an amazing experience. Czech wine has so much more going on than people might expect.
