We switched corks in 2015 for all our wines to "TCA Inspected" using gas chromatography, as mentioned in the article. Cork Supply calls them DS 100. The fine print to the story is that all the corks are inspected. It doesn't guarantee that there won't be a few corks that slip though the process. The cork company will give you compensation (retail price of bottle) if you find a wine that has TCA. It does frustrate me that we have to pay extra for these, about .10 a cork.
