What should we illustrate next?
All the hard French words to memorize like delestage, remontage, debourbage, rape, chauffage, batonnage, cintrage, bouvreux, etc. Or any other winemaking term in foreign languages that would become more indelible with illustrations would be my vote.
Sherry production, in particular the solera system and fractional blending.
