Can anyone recommend a list of Bordeaux Blanc producers that display typicity (Graves, Pessac-Leognan) for tasting/studying at the certified level? I would like both historically classic producers, regardless of how expensive they might be, as well as more affordable/approachable ones that I could purchase myself for practice. I don't see a producer profile on the site, which is why I'm putting it out there. Thanks!
Monbousquet Blanc d’Exception is a little pricier, ($50-70 retail) but a very good example of what’s being done at the high end with riper fruit and generous new oak.
