I am looking for some other examples of domestic dry Riesling for btg. I am currently pouring Trefethen. Thank you.
Tatomer out of Santa Barbara is a personal favorite. Stony Hill is also good, though I believe off-dry in style.
Stony Hill is nice. I used the 2013 in a pairing menu recently, not incredibly complex though. I would say Empire Estate from the Finger Lakes is the best dry Riesling ive ever tasted
