Book recommendations please!

Hi, I am in the beginning stages of the WSET diploma and am loving the more science based information we are getting into, both in the vineyard and the winery.  I have Jamie Goode's book as well as Stephen Skelton and David Bird.  I am looking for more books like these, as well as books on soil and books that are about science (for a beginner) that are not necessarily related to wine but that can help flesh out my (lack of) science knowledge so that understanding the chemistry part of wine is easier.  Thank you for taking the time to read this!  Gavin
