Blind Tasting - Producer Recommendations

So our tasting group has had some frustrating luck (or just general ignorance!) with a few varietals in finding examples of typicity. There are a few categories in which I'm looking to set some benchmarks and to help us understand just exactly what these wines should taste like. If anyone can give some great examples that would be aptly suited for educational purposes, that would be very helpful. 

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Loire Chenin Blanc (Vouvray and Savennieres) 
  • Aussie Riesling
  • Aussie Chard
  • Austrian Riesling
  • Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Albarino
  • Ribera del Duero
