2 Day Portland Experience Suggestions

Heading to Portland in July for the Alsace Masterclass. Embarrassingly my first time and appreciate recommendations from locals, or others, who have had the most fabulous experiences with dining & art. Advice for lodging will be useful as well. Grateful in advance!
