Uncommon Vines Appreciation Society tasting group will welcome Veteran French Winemaker Benedicte Rhyne, graduate of Dijon University, to taste and talk about Merlot, one of her favorite varieties, having had first hand experience with it in Petrus during her internship in the '80's.

She will be presenting her comparative vintages of award winning Merlot sourced from the Texas High Plains and the Texas Hill Country.

We'll also present a Duckhorn Vineyards vertical with wines from the 80's, 90's and 2000's.

As a comparative bonus, we'll also present Saint Emilion '81, and Pomerol '82 vintages.....but it doesn't stop there!

We have also procured a few other world examples from California/Washington/Texas and France with a range of vintages: 21 wines in total!

Limited seating to 9 people (fewer spots already remain)

Price is subject to final number of tasters, as it is a sliding scale, ranging from $260 for 5 tasters to $150 for 9 tasters. Paid cash or Venmo day-of event
