Issam, there are no lectures at the certified. Only the test. The study guides on this site, and their beginner and intermediate assessment quizes at the end of each guide should be enough to get you through theory. The tasting grids used can be downloaded from the CMS website, and used for practice. Have people pour you wines, and fill out the sheet. Do not taste orally. And, I see you work at the W in Miami. I'm sure you are exposed to service well enough there. The steps expected of you are also on the CMS website, and can be practiced while in service.
