I wrote my bachelor’s seminar of my chemistry degree on wine aging in regard to sulfur and its effect on various compounds in wine. Diving through the literature and concisely and clearly organizing this huge topic and presenting it in a clear and understandable way is extremely difficult. Absolutely masterfully done- this was a beautiful read that I will refer back to many times.
