Thank you for sharing Bryce. Excellent article with some good MW study facts. In the past, I used Cartizze for my WSET L3 classes, it was hard to compared it with other wines, as we had to taste Cava, Champagne and New World sparkling in the same flight. While it is delicious and clearly a step up from the wider Prosecco DOC, not one student said they would pay $40 for it. Makes me think about commercial potential and you are absolutely right, it is a hand-sell.

Amazing article, I can only wonder the experience tone there and be able to interact with the local wine makers anther teams > Italian wine in general can get very complex overall so thank you very much for this very informative research
