It's awesome to see the wines of the Southwest represented in such depth. I would like to add Herri Mina (imported by Martine's Wines) as a great producer of Irouleguy. In fact, any time I pair it with anything fall vegetable/gourd related, the white crushes! The Herri Mina Irouleguy Blanc is the best pairing I have found for tortelli stuffed with Hokkaido pumpkin puree. Jean-Louis Costera's white would not be too far behind, except he made like 10 cases of it... (I'm exaggerating, but not by much). Also, check out the awesome ciders produced by Bixintxo Aphaule of Bordatto, Basa Jaun and Basandare (imported by DeMaison).
