I will be sure to use these detail table side the next time I open a Buena Vista. &nbsp;Just before leaving my shift tonight guest came in which I see every year and asked that I a pick a bottle. They said they knew I would pick a good wine but also share a great story behind the wine. We sell memories tables side which become repeat guest!&nbsp; The number one thing I hear from my guest is they appreciate I don&#39;t focus on what they should smell or experience in a wine but rather I share the history which allows them to connect to a person or place through a glass of wine.&nbsp;Our role is to create more wine fans!!
