"It is a late ripening grape" -could that be correct in reference to Meunier? I read it buds late, ripens early in the main Champagne article of this website.

Thanks Laura. I had the pleasure of tasting the Les Clos and Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature last week and was blown away at how beautiful both wines were. The Les Clos was like no other Champagne I have tasted. Truly unique. Great pics.
