55 Sommeliers Advance in TOP|SOMM and Top New Somm Competitions
TOP|SOMM
Pleased join the Guild of Sommeliers in congratulating the following 31 sommeliers who received top scores in the on-line preliminaries and will move on to the TOP|SOMM Area Competitions. The winner of each Area, along with a other high scoring competitors will vie for the Robert Mondavi Trophy and the title of TOP|SOMM 2011.

Congratulations to the 22 sommeliers under age 30 received top scores in the online preliminary and have moved one step closer to the title of Top New Somm 2011 and winning the Southern Wine and Spirits Trophy. The winner of each area competition will receive a $1,000 scholarship and a trip to Miami for the South Beach Food & Wine Festival.
