We've updated the Wine Law Compendium this month to reflect important developments in three countries:

In Spain, there are 5 new Cavas de Paraje Calificado in DO Cava, bringing the full list to 15. We added a new page for these wines, listing the site, grapes, and lees aging for each Cava de Paraje Calificado wine.

In Bordeaux, France, Médoc AOC is now allowing white wines. These wines will be based primary on Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Muscadelle, and Sémillon. Find these details on the Médoc AOC page.

In South Africa, there are several new districts and wards. In Western Cape, there is one new district, Nuveld-Karoo, and its ward, Geen. Cape South Coast has a new district, Still Bay, with the ward Goukou River Valley. Also within the Cape South Coast, in Overberg, there is a new ward called Shaw's Mountain.
