We've just released the first e-learning course in a new series focused on wine basics. With so many restaurants reopening and shifting their programs, we wanted to provide a resource for those new to the industry or looking for an accessible way to train staff.
The first course is called Wine Fundamentals and focuses on the basics of wine grapes and the foundations of wine tasting, including an overview of stemware and serving temperatures. Future courses will cover key wine grapes and how to read wine labels.
