Just went back to this podcast and I really love the format. It is packed with information and very helpful for study or just general knowledge. I'd love to see more podcasts like this and I'll second Mark's interest in Grüner, but don't let that limit the scope.

Awesome podcast. Similar to Mark's question, are there Rias Baixas producers out there that list their sub-region, and what should we assume if there's no sub-region listed? Is there a particular sub-region that shows the more classic "typicity" of Albarino (ie for blind tasting purposes)?
