Paz Levinson es la sommelier ejecutiva global de Groupe PIC, que tiene restaurantes en Francia, Suiza y Reino Unido. Fue la primera argentina en convertirse en Advanced Sommelier a través del Court of Master Sommeliers y ha recibido muchos premios, incluidos Mejor Sommelier de Argentina and Mejor Sommelier de las Américas. Vive en Francia.
Paz Levinson is the head executive sommelier for Groupe PIC, which has restaurants France, Switzerland, and the UK. She was the first Argentine to become an Advanced Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and has received many awards including Best Sommelier of Argentina and Best Sommelier of the Americas. She lives in France.
