Jackson passed the Master Sommelier exam in 2017 while working at the iconic Seattle restaurant Canlis. In 2020, he founded Crunchy Red Fruit, an online wine club that has since expanded to include a brick-and-mortar shop tucked in the Cascade Mountains in Fall City, Washington.
