Tony Cha is a consultant for Alfred Technologies and the director of national sales for Presqu'ile Winery. Previously, he worked as a sommelier at Rubicon, The Slanted Door, and Restaurant Michael Mina. He went on to co-found BinWise, a web-based wine inventory management platform for restaurants, where he worked for nearly a decade.
Tony is an Advanced Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.

While this episode was interesting, it felt like a sponsored content situation as the episode was much less about wine technology qua wine technology and much more a pitch for Alfred, which admittedly sounds cool. Not the normal breadth and depth that one expects from the podcast.
