We were talking about creating an article exploring ways you can use a tool like Excel to manage your beverage program. Do people have specific reports or ways they use Excel successfully in their program management they can share?

My spreadsheet looks very similar to this. It doesn't break things down as far on appellation (Should probably add that). I like it because I can track my potential profits and real profits closely. Besides data entry, the hard part is keeping an accurate inventory. I may have lost a case here or there once...err, twice. :-)
