I was wondering if anyone had any information or recommended resources concerning Mexican wine. I recently enjoyed a bottle of Listán produced by Bichi, located in Baja California. I was certainly impressed and my interest for this region has since piqued. I know that the Valle de Guadalupe is considered to be 'the Napa Valley", of Mexico, along with Baja and a few other areas. I have a couple of wines in my program by Hacienda La Lomita out of Valle de Guadalupe in Baja and have experienced incredible success with them! A lot of these Mexican wines are very compelling (and cost-effective) from a pairing or BTG standpoint. Super exciting region right now! Here is some additional info:
