I’ve searched through the forums a bit for this but haven’t really found anything. Just got my Intro pin this past Tuesday and the stick part just popped off literally two days later. Is there a procedure for getting a replacement at all? Just curious.

Reach out to the CMS administrator that you worked with to book the test. there is a contact form on the CMS website.

Log into CMS and click "my account." Clearly yours isn't an isolated incident...
