The Chios Gum Mastic Growers Association invite you to an exclusive event exploring an ancient product that has been used in food and medicine throughout the Mediterranean for millennia. Local Food and Product Sourcing Expert Sarah Delevan will lead a brief session on the background of the mastiha liqueur. Along with product demos, unique recipes from chef Michael Bryant will be exhibited to highlight each of these products' distinctive qualities and applications. Food will be paired with Chios’ liqueur.
