I know this is a broad topic, but does anyone have solid go-to recommendations for some of the classic varietals from different regions that won't TOTALLY break the bank?
I recognize that there is a lot more depth to each of these areas based on subregions and so forth, but just to get a feel for the differences on a broad sense is what our group is looking to start with before diving into each style with subregion and producer comparisons.
Thanks so much!
