Frédéric Panaïotis

Frédéric Panaïotis is the chef de caves of Champagne Ruinart. He studied viticulture and enology at the Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon and earned the Diplome National d’Oenologue of the Ecole Nationale Superieure Agronomique in Montpellier. He apprenticed with winemakers throughout France and California, then returned to Champagne in 1991. Frédéric worked at the Comité Interprofessionnel du Vin de Champagne (CIVC) and for Champagne Veuve Clicquot before joining Ruinart in 2007. As chef de caves, he is responsible for creating Ruinart's blends. He also plays a significant role in the brand's communication efforts.
