Does anyone have any experience with a WineEmotion, or Napa Technologies system for serving wines BTG. We have had some success with a corivan but we are looking for something that can support more wines and have a faster service. Plus Corivan can start to get very pricey with the cost of the Argon canisters. Looking for advice if you prefer one over the other, what was the build quality like, how easy are they to use, and mostly how did it help your btg sales if you were part of implementing it.

We have had it since opening, so I couldn't say about increase. it certainly has drastically lowered waste compared to other programs I have ran, and I have a much larger BTG program than I have in other restaurants. I sell probably 80% BTG to 20% BTB
