So was criticising the current offerings on Australian wine lists.
Then The President of Sommeliers Australia came with a great Open Letter,
Same old, same old. Somms or F&B directors putting Allemand, Agrapart, Henschke, and Rousseau on their lists. Anyone can do that with the owner's money. Can you find wine as good for half the price?
