Essential to any member of the service industry (or wine lover for that matter), knowing the role that oxygen plays in sealing wine is crucial for identifying flaws when opening a bottle of wine for guests.In this highly educational workshop, Dr. Paulo Lopes will present the latest published research on how oxygen reaches sealed wine, and the effect it has on wine development – even in excess or absence – over time. This will be followed by a highly informative demonstration of 6 wine faults in the glass with samples for practical audience participation.Questions addressed will include:
