im wondering how deep I need to Go with specific producers.
Is there a list of famous producers to know in respect to various regions?
I know that I need to have a good amount of wines in my back pocket for the service portion, but how many questions, if any, will appear on the theory exam about specific/famous producers?
On my certified exam it was more about styles/grapes of the region rather than specific producers. However, for the service portion you will need to provide vintage/producer/grape/region when they ask you for pairing suggestions. Best of luck!
