I have a couple questions for starters.. How long should I be study before I take the exam?
What does the exam all entail? Certain things I should study?
Any help will do. Im younger and would love some guidance. (also interested in an apprenticeship if possible)
I am currently studying for my Certified Exam also. What I have done is created a study group by asking aorund to other restaurants and my reps from distributors to find out who else is taking the test in the area. This is a great place to start. Do blind tastings and create a study subject every session. I recommend meeting every two weeks.
