  • Kudos on packing so much into this. Enjoyed the discussions of harmony, integration, structure, and tension. Hadn't really considered the idea of tension before in Burgundy wines. The graphics on moving toward a logical conclusion on the 1er Cru Volnay were very helpful. I will use this wine-tasting version of a decision tree in future evaluations. Cheers!
