I haven't tasted a lot of CS from California(Napa), Washington and West Australia.
So what's the different between them, someone could tell me? Appreciate!
Darren,
This isn't an easy task! Washington tends to exude brightness out of the glass, there is a vibrancy that some think is a result from the extended daylight hours during the growing season. Napa tends to have the most tannin structure of the three, while WA can have more pronounced pyrazine due to the oceanic influence. Keep in mind that it really is influenced by producer as well, but these are good starting points.
Christopher, you really did remind me about the effects of climate on fruit in regions, thank you so much!
