Thomas Savre is the director of winemaking and viticulture at Lingua Franca Winery in the Eola-Amity Hills of the Willamette Valley. Thomas, originally from France, earned Master's degrees at the University of Burgundy in Viticulture Practices as well as Enology and Winemaking. Previously, he worked at Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Domaine Dujac, and Domaine Chevrot in Burgundy, and he worked at Evening Land, also in the Eola-Amity Hills, prior to joining Lingua Franca in 2015.
